If you are not able to replicate then try to find the root cause by debugging of this issue in production using BD73. It may help you to re-produce the same after you found the exact root-cause.

We have E1EDK03-002 being passed to WLDAT correctly so I think it might be to do with ATP Check which I cannot replicate on test.
We are running on version SAP ECC 6.0.
