include all if the transactional history posted. If it is a new legal
entity entirely, you need a new company code. If you were buying a company
and merging it with your existing company code, that would be one rhing

These two companies are in same industry, but the new one will have some new sub-modules that old company code does not have, such as asset. What I worried is legal requirement for reporting. Once we change company code`s name, all the historic data will be under new company`s name. |
