Hi,
Did you check when the last cycle count was done on the material? You can see this in table MARD, and you can find the cycle count docs via transactions MI22 or MI23 or MI24. If there was no change in stock you will not see an entry in MB51.

We have a material that is "D" cc indicator
D is setup to count once per year
ie OMCO: No of phys.inv. = 1, interval =250, float time=0, percentage=2

We initially received part qty of 1 on 5/22/2012 into unrestricted stock
When I run MICN for material, it proposes it to be counted 12/30/2013

My expectation is that this should have a planned date of 5/23/2013 and appear
at top of MICN colored red to indicate it is past.

Note:
There are no entries in MM03 change log that are relevant
