Reply from methmon on Nov 29 at 9:02 AM SAP does provide template smartforms for the PO, but they are not automatically delivered. I had to have our Basis person go to the SAP site and download them. There is an SAP note that directs them were to get the templates. Smartform /SMB40/MMPO_A is for versions prior to ECC 6.0 and /SMBA0/AA_MMPO is the template for ECC 6.0. If you search OSS for these smartform names you should be able to find the OSS note.
