does not work. My SAP GUI already 7.20. I didn't find any notes
regarding Windows 7 or excel 2010 from OSS.

Hi,
I don't know about report painter but I know the similar case about query.
In that case, you should change security setting in excel as following.
1. Open excel 2010
2. Menu bar : File -> Push option button and go to security center
3. Push "setting of security center"
4. Go to Macro setting and select radio button
"Inactivate all macro without digital signature.
And activate below check box
I'm sorry that button names are not exact because I can see Japanese version only...
