Maybe it's a newbies Question or not I don't know but I figured out that I did such sick silly mistake.
Even though I changed the code many times which didn't worked.
So the mistakes and some modification has to be done in driver program itself and hence
I did this lt_bsak1[ ] = lt_bsak[ ]. and changed select statement also.

I'm using read table itab into wa index 1. In which itab has correct data but the work area is not getting its correct data.
Data from itab to work area using read table giving wrong results like the data from the below field is jumping to the upper field in work area only.
For Example:-
in lt_bsak the record is as below:
mandt belnr bldat blart zuonr mwskz shkzg
1117003009 201111209 KZ some text S
but after Read table lt_bsak into lw_bsak index 1.
mandt bukrs lifnr umsks umskz augdt augbl zuonr
111 7003 0092011120 9 K Zsome text S
Please help me on this why this is happening as I'm doing it in smartforms
