Hi,
If my memory serves me correct, GL_LOCAL has something to do with posting to the non-leading ledger. In that case, you can call them both for external accounting.
Can you check the ledger?

Normally, when we have skipping number issue, buffering needs to be deactivated in SNRO.

Subject: Number Object GL_LOCAL and RF_BELEG in NRIV

Dear All,

We have a report based on number ranges that are collected out of table NRIV for the Object RF_BELEG (Accounting Documents). We know figured out in one system that there are some document numbers missing that obviously occur in GL (BKPF/BSEG). We have been told that theses missing numbers are found in Object GL_LOCAL in table NRIV.

My question: are there documents in GeneralLedger that might not share a number out of RF_BELEG, but GL_LOCAL? If yes - are these documents relevant for external accounting or just for internal?

Regards,
Martin
