Hi,

If your company code uses a calendar fiscal year, then where comes
the need for a fiscal year change / Fiscal year close during August (
viz. during mid year )? Year end closing activities such as Fiscal
year change, Periodic APC postings, Fiscal Year Close etc.., by
default, need to to happen during December and not during August.

It beats me and I am at a loss to comprehend what is it that you want to do.

Subject: Why do I get 'Depreciation not posted completely' in AJAB?

Hi TJ,

The periods here match the calendar (P1 = January, etc), so the fiscal year follows the calendar year. Also, when I do AJAB, I choose 2012.

Gary, for AFAB, I've done both "repeat" and "restart" for periods 1-8. I've tried doing P9 but then I get a message about doing appreciated in the future, and it posts an error document that I don't know how to view.

So I do need to figure out how to post depreciation for periods 9-12, plus the 4 special periods? I presume, I also need to open periods through 16?
