team and restrict access to a cash journal to selected users.

I have a requirement.
Scenario:- Here in my client have a company code say for example ABC and
business area is AA for HO & BB for PLANT and using 2(two) cash journal
which is ABC1 and ABC2 and user is 5 nos.But cash journal is using only two
users say SAP1 for HO and SAP2 for PLANT.
Requirement:- Client want to restrict when SAP1 user is using cash journal
ABC1 then he or she only authorize to display ABC2 cash journal.And SAP2
user is using cash journal ABC2 then he or she only authorize to display
ABC1 cash journal.
How can I solve this issue as a functional end or may be I contact my Basis
guy? Please reply fast.
