Hi,

If the workflow is not used, then you should define your release procedure structure in such a way that it can help determine the release strategy for different department. A proposed workaround solution is to use the "Requisitioner" field as part of the release structure. However, since this field is a text field, you have to enhance your system so that a correct value is entered manually by end user during PR creation.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: How to Create a Request by Switching the Approver of the Request?

Good day. I need a help!

Objective: Different Strategies for releasing applications for the same user.

I have the strategy of releasing 33 and 34. Each is a department in the company. A single user can create either a request for a department, sometimes to another. This user even with the type of request part of the rules (CL20N) to automatically bind request to an approver (the user contained in the two strategies release 33 and 34).

How do I create a request by switching the approver of the request? Thanks in advance.

Thank you.
