Reply from Aglez on Jul 4 at 9:13 AM Maybe I was wrong, conditions are always created when adding any quantity and save in ME47. Once the price is set is not possible any more to change the currency.
You can do it before adding any quantity. Also you can set a different currency for each company code.

Why conditions are created for some RFQ and for others are not?
These conditions are at position level.
