You mentioned that you cannot delete the cost center as it exists in a cycle. The cycle that cost center 10121 exists in is 3901IIAFIX which you have shown above in your message. Have you checked the settings of this cycle and then removed the cost center from it?

I need to remove the cost center 10121 but every time i delete the cost center in KS04 , An error occured
system is giving message .
"Deletion not possible (usage is in table T811C) "
I look for the cycle that is using Cost Center 10121 by KS03
and I found that it is being used by cycle 3901IIAFIX . I check the cycle allocation (KSU2 and KSV2 . Bu i cant Find the cycle 3901IIAFIX .
can anyone tell me where i can find the cycle 3901IIAFIX ?
