Reply from PSD Rajan on Jul 4 at 12:55 PM OABL (Reset Company Code) checks the company code status, not transactions or values. The company code status for AA would need to be set as Test. There is no single clean and easy way out here. We are only exploring options. In any case, you cannot change the CoD if there are records in AA tables (deleting asset masters would be possible only if transactions are removed) for the company code. So, a Company Code AA Data Reset is a pre-requisite. Continuing on Sridhar's initial thought, the CoD assignment can be left as it is and a work around can be implemented using dedicated Asset Classes and Depreciation Areas. It may be an odd situation, but it would work. There is always a price to pay and it cannot be avoided.
