The terms and conditions should be included in whichever form you are using. SAP's standard is SAPLMEDRUCK. Usual practice is to copy this and modify for your own requirements.

Subject: Configure SAP to Email PO's

Version SAP ECC 6.0.
What are the steps involved for configuring SAP so that Buyers can email a PO as requested to a Vendor?
We want to email the PO as requested, NOT automatically.
We would like for the terms and conditions to automatically send with the PO.
We would like the option to enter the email address at the time of output.

At this point, I have been able to set up configuation so that I can email a PO, but I do not get the terms and conditions and do not get option to enter a different email address. Even if the email address is blank in vendor master, the output is created, but goes nowhere.

In SPRO, I went to - SAP Netweaver--> Application Server-->Basis Services --> Message Control --> Determine Communication Strategy. There I entered INT in position 10. LET in position 20. this allowed me to email a PO, as explained above.

Is there other configuration or development work needed?
