Thanks for your response. I have checked and found that Item Category and
Schedule line category are maintained as TAS and CS correctly. However, I
still find this issue. This is not happening with all the Sales Order - a
handful of selective Sales Orders.

Please check the sale order Item category and schedule line category for
that third party sales order for which requirement is passing to the MD04
requirement list.
In Third Party Scenario the Item category should be TAS and schedule line
CS.
