Please check the sale order Item category and schedule line category for
that third party sales order for which requirement is passing to the MD04
requirement list.
In Third Party Scenario the Item category should be TAS and schedule line
CS.

Subject: Third Party Sales Order Triggered a Demand in MD04
I have a Third - Party scenario where PR is triggered automatically and PO is released to the Vendor for shipment to Customer directly.
I have noticed that for a few Sales Orders where the demand has been fulfilled as above, after I ran MD03, I found Demands generated against the Third Party Sales Order. I am unable to figure as to why the system is considering Third Party SOs for demand generation.
Does anyone have insight on this? Please help.
