my idea is that you change the requested quantity to zero with TA: MEMASSRQ and then run the MRP with planning mode 3 ( delete and recreate planning data)

I looked at MASS, but deletion indicator is not an updatable field.
Can't you just tell your buyers to not purchase the materials for now, or are your "good" requisitions mingled with these new ones?
