I did the WIP calculation first and then did the variance calculation for the individual PCC. The status also looks fine.
The only recent change that took place was that we changed the cost component structure to add a new component assigning a separate range of cost elements, hitherto unused. When we saw this issue, we changed the cost component structure back to its previous status.
