Hello Everyone.
Need your help on this below issue which am facing related to OM.
We were trying to swap 2 supervisors into different organizations by putting each supervisor into the position of the other supervisor using OM . So Supervisor #1 was in Org A and Supervisor #2 was in Org B. We did 2 position changes in OM so Supervisor #1 is now in Org B and Supervisor #2 is in Org A. We did not drag and drop.The position 'swap' seemed to work ok. We noticed that some of the employees (but not all...) seems to move to the 'other' org as well. This is not normal for OM. we has corrected the orgs of the people switched in error but wants to understand why this happened in SAP Org Mgmt. as it perhaps that for a minute or so, both supervisors were in the same position/same org? How should this type of change be processed to avoid this type of problem? |
