Reply from yamen1982 on May 13 at 11:00 AM ABKRS will default payroll area for new employees while hiring , and for old employees they will not affect till change happened to their infotype 0001 (copy or change ) in case of change then again ABKRS will default the payroll area.

i am trying to change default payroll area for a Personnel Area, if i change the default payroll area in ABKRS now. is it going the change the Payroll are for all the employees (including existing employees) or only for new positions/employees coming forward?
