The Scenario is when an employee is absent for 14 days (LOP) /16 DAYS present for a month when we run payroll run in the customised payslip it shows total earnings (TE)and negative arrears(NA) and deduction.In the deduction column ESI/PF.The PF shows correctly take into account TE*12=x value for pf and ESI TE*1.75=Y ESI value and NE*12 =Z for PF with negative value in deduction column but it is NOT showing NE*1.75 for ESI WITH NEGATIVE VALUE IN Pay slip in deduction column .This Is required for User to pay correct amount to the employee.This issue has to be solved ASAP.

If you put LOP on pre payroll month, it will be retro effect and statutory
deductions like PF, ESI will be on negative impact only.
