In this case, it is NOT part of the infotype, actually the name displayed with IT0009 in the Bank Details screen is actually from IT0001 and therefore you will not be able to retrieve it when you dump PA0009 from SE16 or SE16N.? If you need that info grouped together, I would suggest that you create a query using AD HOC and include all of the fields you need.
