Create three types of absences,
1. Paid Leave
2. Half day paid leave
3. Loss of pay
Subsequently configure Holiday class and day types.
Remaining all the configuration will be the same as for general absence
type.
Do not configure any Quota entitlement.

Dear Mentors,
I have a scenario where there is an Absence quota defined. However the calculation of leave days for salary is very different.
Sick Leave for the year from Jan to Dec
1. First 15 days with full pay
2. Next 30 days with half pay
3. Subsequent sick leave – loss of pay
There is no fixed quota for this absence type.
Also there is no time evaluation incorporated in the system.
How can I configure for this?
