Question from shyam kumar kothandaraman on Jan 2 at 10:51 AM Hi All I have a requirement to maintain in SAP the name of the Union that an employee is a member to. I do not intend to deduct union fees from his/her payroll. (If not the name at-least a flag of some kind to identify the employee as unionized). Also I have a requirement to Store the Skill level of the employee for arriving at his/her minimum wages, eg: Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled and Highly Skilled.
