Hidden in the FBD1 transaction is the requirement that the Recurring Document shell you create will use number range X1. This is not something that we configure. So your only requirement is to make sure that X1 has been created in all company codes where you will be using the Recurring entry functionality.

I used FBD1 to create a document. I used document SA document type , which refer to Document Number Range - 10 but got the following error: "In company code MY20, the number range X1 is missing for the year 2012".
Please advise me why it is referring to number range X1.
