To display quotas we generally Goto PE51 & select a form name then change
create a table field -> table -> select table field
(KTART- Leave Type,
KVERB - used ,
REST - Balance) -> select Identifir

Don't forget to check if the details are accumulating appropriately in ABS table from the cluster also check HRF_TIM_B2 structure which consists of Data Tables from Cluster B2 If the Time evaluation is activated.
