Dear experts,
I have the following scenario:
If an employee works 44 weeks of the year instead of 52 - 8 weeks in which he will not be working. His salary will be averaged over the year so that he receives the same amount of pay each month.
For 44 weeks he will work a normal 40 hour week. We already have a schedule for the 40 hours a week, but how should we manage the remaining 8 weeks?
