The system stores the relationship between Personnel Administration
and Organizational Management in Customizing: Personnel Management
Organizational Management, Integration, Integration with
Personnel Administration and Set up Integration with Personnel
Administration: Basic Settings.
The PLOGI ORGA switch is used to determine whether integration with
the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) takes place.
The PLOGI feature is used in conjunction with the organizational
assignment (employee subgroup, personnel area, and so on) to specify which
groups of employees can participate in integration.
There are several ways to activate integration. This depends on the system
you use in the company.
1. You have implemented Personnel Administration and would like
to re-customize Organizational Management. In this instance, the
system converts the entries in the relevant Personnel Administration tables
for the personnel planning objects.
2. You have implemented Organizational Management and would like
to re-customize Personnel Administration. You can automatically copy
and transfer the existing entries from the Organizational Assignment
infotype (0001).
3. You want to implement both components again. You do not have to
manually enter the data in Personnel Administration as the data that was
entered when the systems were previously integrated will be maintained in
the Organizational Management component.

Please clarify how to do integration between OM and PA using PLOGI , and what return value should be given . Moreover, While trying to enter return value here. it is prompting with a pop-up screen as under:
You want to enter a return value, all subordinate nodes will be deleted. Delete subordinate nodes? Yes No Cancel
