As regards charges, have you configured dunning levelwise charges (either
as a percentage or as a flat value for each level) in your procedure? Have
you set minimum dunning amounts per level which attract charges? Have you
defined levels when printing should happen?
As regards interest, have you configured interest and assigned the same to
your dunning procedure also?
Please check them.
