Hi,

Well wat you are saying abt payroll period it is right but in my case 53 weeks are coming for 2012 and we can't change periods because it could affect this year payroll processing. Do you have any other way where we can deal from this problem.

I think it all depends on when your payroll period starts and what your paydays are. For example, if you have a two-week period that starts in 2011 and is paid on Jan 2/2012 and every second Monday following that, you will have 27 pay days in the calendar year 2012.
