Hi JG, Well wat you are saying is if payroll is processing on weekly or monthly but in my case payroll processing on Bi-Weekly and taxes are also calculating on bi weekly basis but here in a month payroll is processing once bi-weekly and another time payroll considering three weeks where client don't want to pay in advance and we can not change bi-weekly employees into weekly for one week. Warm Regards

Only if you are processing a particular function at the end of month, and you are considering 4th week as the last pay period, it will not be correct. For this purpose, you may use VARST op, with option for last pay of month. Regards, JG | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
