No I don't think there will be any implications however if in table V_556A_B you have checked increase then you will have to change it to no generation.

We have a time quota type -" Annual Leave" which is currently generating
quotas using RPTIME00 via batch job.
But, right now, HR decides to switch from RPTIME00 to RPTQTA00. Will there
be any implications switching like this?
