Hi You have mentioned schemas and tables. What exactly do you want to back up? For schemas, you can expand a schema fully using pgm RPDASC00 and save it as a .txt file with a date or version no. Usually the prod client is backed up periodically - fortnightly or monthly, etc. It is used for restoring in case of a problem. Regards, JG

What are the best possible ways to implement the above? Any response will be appreciated. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
