Well, I guess better later than ever to get at least one response!
I imagine that the issue had something to do with the page break on the correspondence template.

Hi SAP expertise,
While I am running the Tcode F.27 for multiple customer using Email functionality. The output PDF file cgenerated and come to my inbox. The problem is all the customer statement comes under one PDF files. If I am clicking the "Individual Request" I am getting the following error message:
"Individual request only relevant for cross company code correspondence"
Please suggest the appropiate soluation of the issue
