Hi Murukan,
When you save the variant, you can do it for some defined values.
If we take your example of Doc Date :
* in column "Selection variable", enter "D" for Dynamic date calculation,
* in column "Name of variable", choose what you need (last day of previous month, ...)
And save the variant. Next time you will use it, the date will be calculated with these parameters.
