Save the PO and then open it in change mode (ME22N).
Open the 'Messages' tab.
From the menu path, choose "Go to --> Determination analysis".
This will give you the complete information, like Pricing Analysis. If you choose the expected output type and the expected access sequence in it, you will come to know what was missing in output determination.

Document type?
If Yes, then need to Assign Output devices to Purchase group in IMG,
provided, all other setting for message determination is done perfectly. Including the condition records maintained in MN04.
