Is this in the production instance? As an SAP Security consultant, I'd love to know why a modification has to be made to a table in the production instance. Basically, it should never be done; first and foremost, you'd likely mess up more than one table, since it is possible that it exists in more than one table. Data integrity issues would then occur, which over time will cause users more headaches-especially with reporting on data that even an auditor would never trust. Plus, on a personal integrity issue, what would then stop such a developer from doing something similar elsewhere in the system? You really, really want that kind of risk when caught? It could potentially end your career.

Subject: Edit the Contents of LFA1 Table

I need to edit the contents of LFA1 table. What is the most appropriate way of doing this without breaching security?
