Hi Diane,
I know this is an old post, but I was wondering, if you get this, can you let me know how the ArchiveLink is working out now that you've been using it awhile?
Was the MM configruation side of it relatively straightforward?
When you expanded the program to include the order acknowledgements, commercial invoices, etc, I assume you had to have users first scan and then upload to ArchiveLink using the barcoding linking tables in SAP? I say this because unlike POs and contracts created within SAP, obviously external documents from vendors are not going to originate in MM or IM.

We are currently sending PO's and changes to PO's via Email. We want to be able to automatically "save" a copy of the actual output to a file (similar to when you send an email there is a copy saved in your sent file) or to actually send a copy to the person (Buyer) actually outputting the document (manual output done). Is this configurable or customization? |
