Hi,
These are T Codes using for regular payroll and offcycle payroll .
PC00_M40_CALC - in regular payroll , you can pay him only when you are running your payroll for all employees for the payroll area.
PUOC_40 - in off cycle payroll, you may create the reason for termination or full and final payment with default wage types, the same can be adjusted in your regular payroll with some deduction wage types.
