Hi,
i dont recall exactly but when you downloaded your stack of the ehp1 from the oss
from source stack 16 to target stack ehp1
you can see if the abap and basis 700 17 and 18 are included
if the are it a prerequisite and if not they are not required
But if everything fails do use the EHPI tool and not the spam/saint only because there are some versions of spam that will not accept the new spam of 7.01
