Subject: Distributing load on standalone ITS 6.20
In our landscape SAP Application 4.6c Being accessed by Standalone ITS
We have 4 WGATES On different host names , 4 AGATES Also on different hostnames
Handles the web requests from endusers, and at the backend SAP System having
One central instance with 6 other dialogue instances.
Sometime we face load on ITS issue. I have checked all the SAP Related parameters to support high load from ITS , they are at the higher end.
Still at some times, we face high load issues on ITS .
Please advise how to go about this.
As per Note : set environment variable CPIC_MAX_CONV to a value > 100 (SAP NOTE:316877)
Where and How Check and set the parametrer CPIC_MAX_CONV parameter
SAP Instances are hosted on
SUN OS 5.10 Generic_141414-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise
Please advise.
