Hi TGIS,
From your query "select * from sapsr3.usr02 where bname='sap*'; ", change
the sap* to SAP* (IN UPPER CASE LETTEER). This may solve your problem.

If you not able to re create the sap* account in another s-user account, you should do the other option like deleting sap* account in sql script.
There is a lot of instruction on how to get rid of this using google search engine you can find the solution for this issue.
