Hi, If the user SAP* doesn't exist in table USR02, it's the SAP* kernel user that's active. You don't want that. Logon with DDIC in client 148 and create the SAP* user in tcode SU01. Regards, LEH

My sap* userid is working in clients 000 and 158 but got locked in client 148. I have other userids that can login to client 148 such as DDIC but these IDs cannot unlock sap*. so i went to database level and query from USR02 whether its actually in that table. SQL> select * from sapsr3.usr02 where bname='sap*'; no rows selected SQL> I also tried to set login/no_automatic_user_sapstar back to 1 and then restart SAP. Then I set it again to 0 and restart again the system but still it didn't work. Please help how to get this solved. Thanks | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
