Hi Experts,
I have an issue with the customer like below, Please give me resolution.
This Week we received a new Elanco Product and i was informed that the VAT is 23%. This is the 1st product that we are selling with 23% .
All our item codes has the VAT code A5, with 6%. This one will need other VAT code.
I don't have access to the VAT codes so i can not confirm at this moment if we have or not the Output VAT code for 23% (similar to A5 but for 23%) and also the Output VAT for Credit notes (similar to VAT code AZ but for 23%) created.
