Hello Marc, both V_T52OC and the feature OCEDT are pointing to the same exact variant. Since we didn't apply the support packs in PRD system, I compared our dev system to prd and didn't find any difference in these objects.
Since I do not have access to client 000, I only regenerated the feature OCEDT in the test client.
Not sure what else to look at for an issue like this. Thanks for your response, as I got to learn something new.

Hi VSAP,
If you have trouble viewing the form in the off-cycle workbench please check the variant defined in a) V_T52ocv (application CEDT, report RPCEDTU0 for USA) and b) feature OCEDT (see documentation there for further info).
Double-check that the variant in a and/ or b exists (RPCEDTU0 for USA).
Also, after installing HR support packages make sure you regenerate all feature first in client 000, then in your custom client(s) with report RPUMKG00 option "1".
