You can go to the Tcode Scal and select the Specific country holiday calendar.Go to the change option and select the particular holiday and delete assignment.It will be removed from the holiday calendar.
But before doing this, check how many users are used this public holiday.check the impact before proceeding to remove.
If you want to remove only from this year, you can do that as well.In such cases, you can delimit the enddate of the public holiday in the holiday calendar.

I have been requested to remove a holiday on the Bavarian calendar where the Assumption holiday is not valid in all regions of the state. How would I do this?
