Yes, the ADS is mandatory for HR in ECC 6.0 for tax reporter and other PDF forms.

Subject: EEO-1 and PDF Format
Hello Experts,
I would like to get the standard EEO-1 report in the PDF format for my user to verify before we send out to EEOC in in the magnetic media format. But when I select the PDF option, it gives me the following error message:
"Cannot find PDL type for output device LOCL"
Do you have any clue on how to resolve this issue.
