You would need to tweak the program related to the txn PT_EDT_TEDT, or copy it to a z* pgm and modify the output routine.
To modify standard SAP pgms, you can use ABAP enhancement - this allows you to add code at the start or end of a routine (i.e., form) or function.; it is retained when support packs cause a change to the pgm/function; however you may need to check if such change needs to tweak the enhancement.

Is it possible to run a report on time statements that will email to an individual separate time statements for multiple employees? I know that PT_EDT_TEDT will produce a report of time statements for one or multiple employees but I am looking for something where the output will be one time statement for one employee without having to run the report for only one employee. Is this possible?
