Hi,
To learn what these tables are for, wee their contents with SE16, and their description with SE11, or ask an abapper to help you manipulating these.
I will not give you detailed explanation. Every time I have to play with these tables, I handle them with SE16.
Also, search SAP notes and Google with appropriate keywords.
