I looked around for the SUM tool and could not find any info on it. Can you share information you have on this?

We are in the process of analyzing EHP5 upgrade strategy. My question is:

"Is the SUM tool recommended for ECC upgrade from EHP4 to EHP5 or would the EHPi tool just work fine... i personally haven't read anywhere that it is mandatory to use SUM tool"
